About UIAC
History
An institution born from reflection on the quality of university education for Congolese people living in Uganda.
The idea of creating Eagle of Heaven International University was born in 2024 after reflection led by people concerned about the quality of education offered to Congolese citizens and other people from the region living in Uganda.
This reflection quickly led to a strong conviction: there was a need for a credible and rigorous university institution better suited to the linguistic and academic realities of French-speaking students.
A creation focused on impact
From the beginning, the university was conceived as a tool for transformation. It does not only aim to award degrees, but to train women and men capable of acting with competence, integrity and efficiency.

The idea emerges
Committed actors analyse the training difficulties faced by Congolese students in Uganda and imagine a suitable university response.
2025
UIAC launch
The institution is launched with the mission of training university leaders and contributing to regional development.
2026
Academic deployment
The first schools are structured around management, technology, health, education and development.
